In Zarzecze village located by the Dunajec River we keep a family household. Apart from breeding, on the mountain slopes there are orchards which were first created by my grandfather. Also my father dealt with the production of mountain apples valued especially in Śląsk.

I, apart from vegetable cultivation, carry on the fruit-growing tradition. Delicious apples have accompanied me from the early childhood. As a pupil of the primary school I had my duties in the orchards. During my studies at the Academy of Agriculture I acquired the knowledge of gardening and now while keeping my household I use it in practice. My biggest dream was to maintain our łącki traditions of fruit-growing and to improve and provide the customers with the natural and uncontaminated taste and health qualities. Our family wants to deliver to you the unique and intact taste of mountain apples contained not only in the fruits but also in the juice.

In 2002 we installed the traditional, ecological press in our household. Using our own fruits we press the apple must to which we add absolutely nothing. It is purely natural juice, pressed in cold, which contains valuable vitamins and microelements. At present we pasteurise the juice in order to increase the period of its edibility.

One year later we resrved the logo of the company (the trade mark) in a Polish Patent Office.
 

Due to our participation in numerous fair and our promotion the company has gained the intrest of many Polish and foreign contractors. For the couple of the past years we have been taking an active part in the expositions like: BioFach in Nurnberg, Polagra Fram and Polagra Food in Poznań, Poznaj Dobrą Żywność and IEF Poland in Warsaw, Agropromocja in Nawojowa. Now you can find our juices not only in shops with the healthy food but also in supermarkets like Carrefour or Billa (in Slovakia).

Simultaneously with the development of our company we try and promote our region and help others. Every year we participate in the organization of Świeto Kwitnącej Jabłoni (The Blooming Apple Trees’ Feast) sponsoring the deliveries of our juices. Additionally, we supported the organization of Wieczór Pieśni i Poezji Śpiewanej Kraków 2004 (The Evening of Sung Songs and Poetry in Cracow) and many other cultural events. What is more we provided the free juices for the centre of disabled people in Szczawnica, for the summer camps and during Święto Dzieci Gór 2007w Nowym Sączu (The Day of Mountains’ Children).

The products of our company are gaining populatrity every day. Our customers trust us because, apart from the changes of labels, brochures and websites, the traditional recipe and the unique aromatic flavour of Maurer Juice remaind the same.
